Cape ND is the top dog in the Conference right now. Some of the better teams in the past are not so good right now.

Cape ND vs Central could be a good game, but I think Cape ND rolls through everyone. Central is the only team that has the guard play and depth to compete from MAAA. ND and Jackson will be a good matchup too. ND goes to the final four if there's a post season this year.

Maybe North County. They have size and with the transfer from Ellington they have a shooter. Joe Arnold has them making some noise. Beat the 1 seed last night in a tournament in St Louis and play what is usually a really good Whitfield team Saturday for first.

North County has a couple quality wins, I am ready to see how they do versus Central/St Gen/Farmington. But I agree, I just don't see any of these teams beating Cape Notre Dame. I would guess either Farmington or NC will meet Notre Dame in sectionals and ultimately Cape goes to the Final Four.
