Lutheran North 43 vs Chaminade 14 - 4th Qtr (Game Stream)

Yep, I have. Lutheran North has several, too. I also know the difference between a trophy and a plaque. I compared both to the ones Ladue won last year when Webb got their asses kicked.
I don’t think the state ever gave us a trophy,,,,,,do you guys buy your own???

This sure looks like a trophy, to me.

And no championships in that time despite all that talent. Bang-up job by the coaching staff.

Unless you were at Lamar, your team didn’t win a State Championship for 7 years either. Does your team not getting football scholarships to pay for college make you feel better?

Who says they don't? Yeah they may not be going to Oklahoma, but that doesn't mean they're going nowhere. Oh and there are all kinds of scholarships out there, hell my family sponsors a scholarship, there are more ways (much easier ways) to get a scholarship than playing football.

My entire point was, if you've got 20 something D1 kids and ZERO championships in the second smallest classification in the state. You make fun of small rural schools as being nothing more than future Wal-Mart greeters, but they're kicking your teeth in every year, so what does that say about Lutheran North? It's obviously not an issue of talent on the field, so that means it must be some incredibly poor coaching.

We can discuss your Class 2 team’s ability to develop collegiate football players and secure scholarships for them the moment you identify which team you’re referring to.

There’s ONE Class 2 team that’s been dominant over the last decade ... and, unless your name is Lamar, it ain’t you. So, unless you’re Lamar, you haven’t won 7 consecutive State Championships and you DON’T get to talk shit about kicking anyone’s teeth in.

Lamar has had coaching that won them 7 consecutive State Championships. They just didn’t have coaching that was good enough to develop collegiate players or attract college coaches, to match it.

If your aren’t Lamar (or Blair Oaks, last year), then you haven’t had coaches that we’re good enough to do EITHER. Keep claiming Lamar’s glory and pretending their wins mean the same thing as your own, if you want to. Just know that some kids set their goals higher than peaking when they’re 17 yrs old.

Given the massive gap in talent between them and the rest of Class 2 on a yearly basis, there's no good excuse for them not to win every year.

Worry about your own kids winning State and getting offers. Lutheran North’s coaches have their kids covered. There should be enough to keep you occupied, since your coaches aren’t able to accomplish either goal.

Lol what's Lutheran North's college development plan? Scouting little league games all over the city and offering tuition assistance to every kid who is 6'3" to 6'7" and over 250 lbs with above average to elite athleticism?

Must be real difficult to take an entire team full of kids with all the physical tools required to be successful college athletes and, idk, what is it you do? Wait the 4 years until they're eligible?

I'd love to see Lutheran North's coaching staff take over at Chaffee (similar sized enrollment) and see how much D1 talent they "develop".

You know, since they have the magic formula for college development and in no way is it a result of them getting to hand pick obscenely physically talented kids from a talent pool of over 3 million people.

Couldn’t those that have been in the title game also talk smack? Lutheran North hasn’t even made the title game. Just wondering where the line is.

The line is where everyone else’s is.

If you didn’t win State during the last decade or didn’t beat a team, then how do you figure you’ve earned the right to talk shit?

If you want to act like college scholarships don’t mean shit, but your coaches aren’t getting your kids offers ... how can you talk shit about how it doesn’t matter?

There’s a lot of folks chirping loud, when their team DIDN’T win State, DIDN’T win their conference, DIDN’T beat LN, and DON’T have colleges offering their kids.

There isn’t a kid on ANY of your teams with dreams of playing college football that doesn’t wish their coach was able to get them to where LN kids are. State Championships are great, but if you aren’t Lamar or BO, you haven’t gotten one in almost 10 years.

If you want one THIS year, all you have to do is take it. Starting this weekend, if you don’t win you’ll be practicing for your Winter sport ... and you’ll have 9 months to talk shit about how good you think you’ll be next year.

If you don’t like where you live, then move somewhere else. Bitching about what someone else has is lame AF.

Lol nice deflection.

This has nothing to do with me. You want to brag about LN's "development plan", the plan is recruit kids who are can't miss college talent and then having the gall to brag about getting them college offers.

Simple question, try to answer it, don't dodge.

Could Lutheran North "develop" the same amount of college talent at Chaffee?

If not, why not?

Like YOU...

YOU’RE the one on a thread about LN beating Chaminade, crying about how your life ain’t fair, pretending YOU win when Lamar does, and bitching because LN kids have scholarships offers that your kids don’t.

And you're the one bragging about Lutheran North "developing" all this college talent. You get on here telling other people to "just work harder" and degrading high school kids stating they'll be nothing more than Wal-mart greeters, so surely you're man enough to answer a VERY simple question.

Could Lutheran North's staff develop the same amount of college football talent at a Chaffee?

Yes or no?

Who knows? Lamar doesn’t have magic in their water. If Bailey can win, why can’t YOUR coaches do it?

As far as college scholarships go ... your kids don’t get offers because they probably aren’t good enough to play college football. If they are, I doubt your coaches know how to, or really care to, get them in front of college coaches.

I don’t put much energy into solving your problems. I’ve been too busy enjoying the high school games LN plays, and watching their alumni play in college.

You shouldn’t waste your energy on hypotheticals. If you don’t like hearing me take shots at and denigrate YOUR kids, then you might not want to do it to theirs.

Not winning State and not getting your kids scholarships doesn’t really give you the ability to talk shit, now doesn’t it?

Your deflection is noted.

You know they couldn't, and you know why. The only thing special about Lutheran North is that they get to hand pick athletic specimens.

Put that staff at Chaffee and they're 0-10 with nary a scholarship kid to be found, because it doesn't matter how hard you work, how much effort is put in, a 6'2" 210 lb lineman isn't getting any looks. RB's running a 4.9 40 aren't getting looks.

Getting the talent that walks the halls at Lutheran North scholarship offers is so easy a little league coach can do it. The dude at Trinity proved that.

Let me be very clear, I've said NOTHING negative about their kids. If you need to re-read in order to figure that out, please do.

This shows that your understanding of college recruiting is minimal. I don’t have a dog in this fight, but Lutheran norths coaches aren’t the reason those kids are getting recruited. Those kids are getting recruited just the same if the Walmart greeter got hired as the HC. They are bigger faster and stronger.

No, he knows all about it. Has bragged on here before about hanging out with Lincoln Riley.

He's just being obnoxious. Playing stupid to troll all the "future Wal-mart greeters".
