I can't imagine Moore leaving what he has there in KMO! He has two very good backs and a huge OL coming back. Plus he is probably one of the most liked coaches of all by the kids at that school!
Has anyone heard anything new about what coaches are staying in K-Town? With all of those irrate Eagle Nation band members parents and drama club members blowing up the internet about spending money on football instead of some new tuba's and trombones Coach Jones might have to use volunteer Dad's for assistants!
They all may be leaving. Incidents like this shows the importance of a strong football coach in a community. Since Jones has left things have fallen apart. Maybe they should investigate how much the band director at Liberty North makes??? That might quiet them a little.
No kidding about some of these criticisms. My man Jones is the best at what he does. Bout to call up "anonymous" and put all these haters on blast. Expose these frauds for what they are..
Maybe that's why the Flag was desecrated. Liberty North = Eagles = Represent Freedom, you go to jail if you kill an Eagle, so he chose the next best thing, the Flag. Maybe Jones will have them build a wall between Liberty and Kearney. Visas are only given to Excelsior QB's.

Although K was not that great this year, they did have the third hardest schedule in Class 4. Tweak that a little--say drop Staley for Oak Park, and Kearney would still be playing this week with a win over Excelsior, then a win over Lincoln Prep.

Once again on live TV last Friday night I saw why that may not have been the case. Excelsior could barely execute even a short pass and that QB spin run (looked like a slow motion Lamar imitation) would fool nobody. Doesn't matter now but K would have beaten Excelsior easily.
I disagree but also think Harrisonville will beat Grain Valley this week and Kearney beat them at the beginning of the year
Kearney was a wounded duck. If they couldn't run on you, you could beat them. THey had no passing game.
Is this confirmed? Ive seen a similar post a week or so ago. It claimed that the team photographer was a Kearney mom and Coach Grays GF.the photographer is the Mom!!

Jones just knocked all three of these schools off...............how times have changed!
He's definitely marching them into respectibilty. And with the classes coming up that are dominating everyone (current 9th grade class is STACKED--and blowing away everyone (with the help of the next VanDyke, last year's sophs--and the Junior classes.) This will be a juggernaut for everyone to deal with for the net three years at least.
