Yes because there’s no other private schools in the greater St Louis area these kids could have gone to that’s safe....... it happended to be one that’s amazing at football. Why not go to a academic based private school? Because they are there for football

While I cannot speak for STL, although I have heard that it is one of Americas most dangerous citites, I can speak for Ampipe. We here in Ampipe strive to make the entire community a safe place, that welcomes everyone. If you over stay your welcome though, you may get run out of town.....

I called MSHSAA like you asked, and I want to be clear they never said what LN and Trinity was doing was legal or illegal, they just said nobody had provided any information otherwise. So they really did not clear either school of wrong doing but they also did not say they were cheating. So they cleared nothing up. Also they could not comment on why families transferred or moved schools but you knew that anyways.
So yes you want to say hey everything is on the up and up and it all might be really, but to several of us on here it looks funny when you see so much D-1 talent transfer to any school be it private or public, but in these cases it was 2 Private schools and one coach even admitted in an interview that those kids were going to follow him no matter where he coached....makes you go hmmm. So I guess we can believe what we choose too with what little facts we have. And so far those facts paint that both schools are taking advantage of loop holes in rules to get the players they hope will bring them a title.
Thanks for checking that out Bullit!! I will say it's more than just MoSports, or even sportsboards in general (because they've talked about it on the Semoboard as well) that are suspicious of them for recruiting. A month or so ago when the story was done about the forfeits there were several people in the comment section talking about it as well.
Well private versus public has gone on forever on these boards, but what is going on at Trinity and LN has really drawn attention this year. Well and coming on hear and bragging about it like Crusader has really has brought the spotlight to those two team.

I am probably gonna get some flack but that's ok. When we Caruthersville found out we where going to be playing we didn't talk about all this recruiting or whatever is said to be going on in STL. Mofootballfan23 came over to our forum to tell us everyday how bad SEMO football is and that we had no chance to win. But we suited up and went out with the team we had and played 4 Quarters of football and left it all on the field against a superior team and got out butts kicked. But we held our heads high. We know as a community we need to buy in our program to try to elevate our football team to compete outside our district. Reason I'm saying anything NO mater what you think, or say you know about LN they are just kids from STL that make up a good football team. Lamar has set the bar for class 2 football for years! If any of those kids are looking at this board yall are making LN sound like a DI COLLEGE TEAM. They are not they are just a great team from STL just like Lamar is a great team from SWM!!! Just my 2 cents from a guy that doesn't have a dog in the hunt. Should be one hell of a high school football game. Hope everybody is healthy when the dust clears. GO TIGERS
