Webb City nearly got beat by Branson. It got there attention and have a renewed focus. Kearney will come out firing on all cylinders. Class 4 is up for grabs. West Plains, Ladue, Webb City, Smithville, Platte Co. And Kearney are,all about even in my eyes. No turbo clocks just good hard fought games. Weather might be a factor, lucky breaks and injuries as well. It will be fun to watch.
Kearney will be just fine.

My alma mater/rooting interest is very obvious but the team that really has my attention is those Zizzers. Always love to see new schools in the title mix in any class.
Despite the top seed and the H2H win I think Kearney and Smithville are both favorites over Platte County but I absolutely agree with the larger point.
On paper if anything Ladue looks to be the slight favorite though West Plains will be a test and Webb City knows how to win big games.
Bottom line though there are 5-6 legit contenders right now and probably not a bunch of difference between 1-6.

Still very stunned, especially after what I saw in person last Friday night, that Smithville blew that 27-point 3rd quarter lead. If (that is a very big one now) they rematch I think the Warriors will have learned from that and turbo PC. One week from Friday is going to be all out war in Smithville...........
