He said it was a quid pro quo. He DIDN'T say it was to get the Bidens investigated for political purposes. In a list of 4 or 5 instances of corruption he wanted investigated the Bidens were ONE. The funding was authorized with the caveat that Ukrainian corruption was being reigned in.

Ukraine was telling people who they preferred, Russia was actively interfering INSIDE our country, a BIG difference. I told people who I preferred before the 2016 election but that's not interfering and I can actually vote here. Mitch absolutely said Pelosi when talking about not sending the articles to him and he said in violation of the constitution.
The process has been the same as the rules used for Clinton that were set up by republicans, I don't know why you guys don't get that. The accused does not get to have all the stuff they are screaming about until the trial in the senate.
