I did a lil digging on this Colquitt supposed cannon fodder at Trinity!

Georgia high school football is better than Missouri high school football.

In other news, water is wet, Trump is the president, and the Falcons blew a 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl.

Is there anything else everyone already knows that you'd like to inform us of?
Digging for gold is quite easy, it's finding the gold that is the hard part.

Newflash...not really. Out of the top 10 ratings from Maxpreps...aggregate for the last five years...there are five from Missouri and five from Georgia when you rank power ratings. So, not really bro.

I've been doing some digging of my own....West Canaan AD said no fool from Cole-quitter county called him. The Coyotes will take on any challenge!

I did some more digging as well. While I cannot speak on behalf of the school, I know for a FACT! That the Ampipe booster club has had zero phone calls from the Cole-quitter county booster club. Cole-quitter! I like that Mox!

Depth and population sir.

Yeah our 10 best may match up (ish), but what about the top 100?

Consider recruiting, not that it's the best barometer, but D1 schools are mainstays in Georgia High Schools because there's tons of talent coming out of them. In Missouri, in a typical year you have what, 10-15 kids that Power 5 schools are even looking at?

Point being, more talent = greater depth of talent. Same reasons coaches want to get as many bodies out for the team as possible.

Depth and pop have nothing to do with school by school match ups, which is obvious from the ratings... combine the states...and GA has five and MO has five in the top ten. Extend that out, and because you have more schools, you probably have more in the top 50... But on the high end, not much difference bro.

out of the top 100, Missouri has about 31...69 -31. Yes, Georgia is bigger and better overall, from that perspective.

Well said Mox! This bozo needs to learn a thing or two about Ampipe football! Id venture to bet that his Georgia boys wouldnt even compete against some Texas teams!

I'm confused! Is AMPIKES PENCILVANIA or Tejas?

And TEJAS, are you KIDDIN ME? We beat out CATHY, Tejas, for the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in 2015 EINSTEIN!

If you seriously have trouble finding a quality opponent, give West Point Mississippi a ring.

With our weakest team in the Rush ProPst era,(six losses) we played South Panola the year they won the National Championship! They gave up 80 points in fifteen games, and Colquitt scored THIRTY FIVE of those! And a fumble at the eight kept us from scoring 42!

South Panola is no longer a power in Mississippi. I usually catch one West Point game a year and the past two seasons teams were legit. This years squad will be as well.

All I was saying was West Point has played top notch competition in the past (South Panola when they were good, Hoover, Olive Branch, etc.) and they always have one open date to play with. No biggie.

6 losses??? I wouldn't be bragging about a team with 6 losses! When was the last time you played one of those "powerful" out-of-state teams at their place? 2014??? Why don't you ever set up a home-and-home with those teams? Since your "national championship" in 2015, didn't you start 2016 at 0-4, and finish the year at 7-5? Then in 2017, didn't you lose 3 games? 8 losses in two years? Lots of teams do that. Maybe you should be scared of Trinity after all. Trinity is for real!

Wow...this Georgia team ain't nothing compared to PA tough...real football. Look at the computer pick:
PROJECT A MATCHUP

neutral field
[2017] Ampipe (PA) 72, [2017] Colquitt County (Norman Park, GA) 7

But with all the D1 talent at Ampipe (three players going to Cal Poly and the super star QB going to USC) it makes perfect sense.

not exactly...I was the only player to go to Cal Poly, Coach Nickerson went there as well to coach.
It was our stud LB, Brian aka Bri, that signed to go to USC, but he had a baby and turned into a family man.
Shadow went to West Virginia,
Tank went to Furman
Mouse, Mouse went and played ball.
Salvucci went to the slammer
Rifleman... for some reason i dont know what happened to him.

One of the main men for da PATS was from Valdosta, Ga., our arch rival, Malcohm Mitchell!
