How is this kid Eligible to play?

Private schools and religious private schools almost have a private set of rules. I can’t tell you how many rules were broken to form Trinity and Lutheran North over the past few years. It depends on who you are, and if MSHSAA likes you honestly. St. Louis and Kansas City schools get away with murder. Most of the rest of the state plays with the cards delt. While the religious private schools just restock with other kids.

How do all these "elite" players get pass the MSHSAA transfer rules?

"I came back to to St. Louis to play infront of friends and family"
He moved back to be with his family. What better reason do you need? That arguably might be the best reason to move back home. He's moving back in to his mom's house for God sake.
I'm sure Cardinal Ritter is nice, call me crazy, but in terms of Football, it may be a step down from IMG.
In part, one goes to IMG to get experience playing with other's that want to concentrate on Football, (IMG) has multiple football teams with multiple schedules. They get paid for developing a talented kid and providing an excellent service. They don't steal the money, they earn it. People actually want to attend IMG, Cardinal Ritter and Trinity Catholic, for multiple positive reasons, what a terrible concept. What an opportunity for this kid.
If people are jealous of private schools success, start your own school or try to make the program at there home school better. Above all, stop whining.

There's no doubt that Trinity Catholic, Bishop M. and other private schools win. That doesn't mean public schools get to bend over and whine about it and accept defeat. How about meeting the challenge and compete with the kids that you have? No football team owns a kid. Other people's kids means other people's children, they get to decide. The parents are in charge.
Just because Trinity Catholic is at their near pinnacle of success doesn't mean it's always going to be that way. Programs oscillate, they stumble and fall off even the top ones do. Rockhurst in KC used to be unbeatable until in no small part other schools decided they would get better and beat their butt on the field. Now Rockhurst, although still a formidable power is just another school that teams beat to say they're really good.

I like how people get on here and talk like they know something.

Private schools are not the only schools that “recruit”. There some empty apartments across the state in towns like Wardsville, Webb City. Hazelwood or Blue Springs.

has Trinity ever won a title???

No, I don't claim they have but I think you're making the point along with me. They're certainly on the verge of it.
My point is, teams like Trinity, (Lamar and Webb to a larger extent) give the rest of us mortals a goal. Thank God everything isn't equal, we'd have nothing to shoot for. The coaches that urge their players to compare themselves to what the accomplished yesterday, or the last practice, knowing that they got better or worse are on the right track.
If I compared myself to Bill Bel. instead of if I taught a concept better today than yesterday, I'd be depressed.

So take spots in the school and in some ways on the team from kids who don’t want to use religion and who actually believe in the schools religion for a sport? Call me crazy, but using a school for your athletic life when it’s a school for kids who want a better education and to be around religious minds similar to themselves is wrong. Using rules that other schools don’t get to use is wrong.

They need a separate class if they have seperate rules. Period.

Webb city doesn’t recruit. There’s empty apartments in Jasper to. What’s your point? If there even is one.

Unfair advantage? In Kansas you play a class up if you are a private school. At least something. Yes at times it ends up not leading to victory. But if we didn’t have Lamar or Webb City it would be all KC or STL schools winning here lately that are mostly private schools with seperate rules winning.

Religion is in every school. It's all around the school. It dwells in the people that come from a society that is religious. The people that fool themselves by thinking they can deny the existence of religion based on the books available for students or public led prayer are not changing the fact that religion is all around us. Just because they choose to not acknowledge it presence, or that somehow religion disappears if the school is not named after a Saint, is naive. Our fundamental existence as human beings is religious, whether we like it or not.

When the game is played, the referees call the games based on a set of mutually agreed upon rules. If one team breaks the rules, the other team can choose to not invite them to play. Try that.
If one team has more kids that can run faster, than the other team, that is not breaking the rules. That's collecting faster kids because it's a better place to go to school.

Hey Fist I’m not learning anything from you. Or asking for a thesis. I’m telling you simply using religion to go to a religious school for nothing but football purposes is ridiculous. Good lord. I literally laughed reading that. Some of it is way over blown you described. And the other part isn’t enforced by schools. I went to four high schools that never done prayer. Or made anyone do anything. You seem to be anti religious. And I couldn’t care less. I don’t care man. Stick to religion in the way I’m talking about.

You are a doof. Unfair advantage FROM players recruited. Hey captain obvious we all know the refs call the games. You can’t not play a district or playoff game. Or any game without taking a loss. You don’t know as much as you think you do.

I'm not following you.

Than this conversation is beyond your intelligence level. Stop responding.
I wish to understand how you being at 4 schools makes you religious, and Catholic schools somehow recruit, because they want only non Christians that can run fast.

Where did I say I was religious? And where did I say the second part as well? I said I went to 4 high schools that never had prayer before school. Or anything related. Like you claimed all schools do. Or suggested most do. Try reading.

You make this about everything that’s not being discussed or matters towards the issue.

I don't think you read my posts. That's OK.
At any rate, this kid is eligible (the main topic of this thread) why should he be deemed ineligible?

I do. You made your responses towards my original posts about completely different matters. That’s ok though. You got out of your comfort zone. I’m proud. I was expressing the overal issues that private schools get unfair recruiting advantages. Not sure about this kid. Don’t care really. And since you went off into a different subject matter as well. Pointing out the original topic is pointless.

How do religious schools comply with their own set of rules? Are these rules different than public schools? Can you list the two sets of rules? Private rules, public rules? Does MSHSAA govern athletics for private schools? Do they have two sets of rules? One private, one public?

You have a phone and google. Right? Private schools get more “reasons” to have a kid transfer for school and play right away. Public schools do not. You can transfer and play immediately without much trouble. Mr. Fisty I think we are done here. Have a swell day! And practice reading responses while you are at it!

What specific rules did LN and Trinity violate? You said you can't list all the numerous violations, can you list 3 violations?

Now you are reading I’m proud! No. You go do all the though google searching to figure it out. I said I’m done arguing with you.

If it is a legal transfer, you can play right away at any school.

So you're making these allegations without evidence?

No I don’t have the previously found information on me. I have a life I gotta get back to. I at least realize I’ve been spending far too much time arguing on the internet.
