recent big wins for Washington over Borgia and st.charles. Pacific with a road win at Jeff city and has defeated Lafayette. Union worked over Howell central and Sullivan has road wins at Borgia and Washington this year. That's not even mentioning the neighbor to the north in Herman who is undefeated still playing in mid Missouri. Good week for the just outside of the Stl county smaller ball teams.

Thumb, you are correct. Both boys and girls teams in Franklin county are having banner years to date. Class 5 Washington, class 4 Pacific and class 3 Hermann girls are all ranked in the top ten in Missouri. Borgia boys appear to be down or playing down so far this season but are capable.

Pacific will play these class 5 schools this year.
1.McCluer North
2. Rockwood Lafayette
3. Columbia Hickman
4. Jefferson City
5. Washington
6. Rockwood Eureka

I believe class 4 Pacific boys will be ranked in a state wide poll before the season ends. The Pacific Indians 7-4 will be playing five class 5 schools or more before the season ends. Some of our class 3 and 4 ranked schools have played a " Mary had a little lamb " schedule while receiving reputation votes by a few uniformed pollsters.

I believe our pollsters should be more informed on who teams are playing instead of looking solely @ records. Reputation votes should be minimized.

Didn't see the Herman score- coach vinyard does a real nice job. Metro- the Indian girls are playing really well and have loaded up their schedule as well as the boys team. The Indian boys have battled a few illnesses and injuries but are starting to come together before a trip to national guard tourney in Kansas next weekend. Cam Vanleer leads a solid group of seniors and juniors who are buying in on defense and learning to take care of the ball (only 7 turnovers at Jeff City). Should make for a fun 6 weeks ahead as the gauntlet to the FRC race is coupled w games w Rolla, Farmington and Borgia too.
