So how will their matchup against Mansfield go? I don’t know anything about Mansfield but they must be a fairly good team. They beat Hartville after all. Would Richland match up better against them than Newburg?
I guess it all depends upon which Newburg team shows up Wednesday. Not sure I’ve ever seen a team play with such inconsistency. However, inconsistency commonly finds itself at girls games more so than boys. At least it seems this way to me.

Good job Newburg! I’d say they surpassed everyone’s expectations this year. Looks like they showed up to play, playing Mansfield to a two point game and losing on a last second shot!
Also, congrats to Steelville. They played a great game against Licking. Licking has been playing super well lately and kudos to Steelville for hanging with them.
Looks like both Newburg and Steelville have bright futures ahead as both teams are young!
I wish Licking the best of luck going forward. Maybe Karlee Holland will end up with a state championship before she graduates. If not, Coach Rissler will also have a lot of talent to work with and maybe it’ll be in the cards for him in the next few years.
Overall, it looks like the Frisco League girls teams should be pretty competitive moving forward!
