On a vote of 10-2 this afternoon, Braymer was kicked out of the CLAA (Carroll-Livingston Activities Association), effective immediately. This has NO impact on their football program because the CLAA doesn't offer football as a conference sport.

I think there is some in the GRC concerned about football behavior also. They may end up being an independent if they are not careful.

They are not in the GRC in football and, as Pcole stated, it is a separate football league and they are still in.
Side note, I think Polo is going 8 Man.

Polo is going 8 man.
I haven't heard but I'll check with Jeremy and my superintendent. I do know that Princeton's 2025 schedule is full (7 GRC West games plus Mound City and another 275 team I can't remember). I would be surprised if Polo went 8-man because their coach - who's also the superintendent - is a staunch 11-man guy.

Rock Port is Princeton's other non-conference game next year. Had to look.

School board passed the move on a 4-3 vote.

i understand the supt, FB coach, wanted the move before but the school board did not. I think the supt was smart enough to know what was going to happen down the road.

PCole, if the football conference had kicked them out, I doubt the GRC would allow them in. Then they better schedule in Kansas.

Ross is in support of going 8-man. With that being said, it was a board decision.

Polo is most likely going to join the CLAA replacing Braymer.

GRC West is very unlikely to take Polo or Braymer (except possibly Polo in Wrestling)

There is a chance GRC keeps Polo (except football) and they play football in the Central River.

Polo was not accepted by the CLAA at the same meeting the Braymer vote was held. . Much larger than any other school in the conference and travel distance.
