CJ – My initial though was that this might be a game after Ozark nearly defeated Neosho. But I think CJ will run away with this one early and not look back.

Willard – tough to call but Neosho barely got by Ozark. Willard barely got by Bolivar but played close with Nixa. I think Willard will outscore Neosho.

Nixa

Carthage – Branson put up some points against Nixa so I don’t think this will be a “gimme” like in years past. I think Carthage will take it, but it may be closer than they hope. Seems strange that Carthage is playing Branson at home two years in a row. I thought they generally alternated.

Webb City – Another tough call. If WC limits turnovers and build upon the offensive prowess they showed late against Carthage I think they will get into the W column. I think this class has learned that it takes more than showing up to the game with a cardinal helmet to win games in the COC. Plus they finally get to play at home.
