Marionville wont be close to the top 10... Skyline also wont be nearly as good. Valle will win it again... Yawn

True almost got them last year... I'm a jasper born and raised guy... I'd love to say Jasper but i say we'll go 6-3

I wouldn't include West Platte. Lost a lot from last years team. And doesn't have much help behind them. They will be bad this season.
I wouldn't say that at all about Penney. That WR alone will make a team competitive in class one, and he'll have quite a bit of talent around him.
East Buch is class one now!? Wow! I say that they make some noise in class 1 this year. Probably aren't talented enough this year, but next year.....
Only team i think can give Valle any type of problem would be Thayer but I'm not sure how much they lost.
I can see Lamar giving them some trouble.....
Lockwood lost like 14 seniors they'll be lucky to be .500 imo... With Ash Grove moving down u night be right about top 10. Also hearing Lockwood prob will go 8 man starting next year

Lockwood has 2 players better than anyone else in the SRVC . They'll beat up on the wemo underlings and the SRVC. They'll be better than .500. Then they're gonna hide in 8 man? Wow.

Yes Lockwood has Kyle and Ethan but no O-line or Qb... I'm a Jasper born and raised guy and I say Jasper beats them pretty good this year BUT with the new coach we have i really have no clue how we'll do against them... Last yr we weren't suppose to play with them and Imo they got the Lucky win Go Jasper !!! And I've heard since they lost 12-14 seniors last yr and almost the same this yr and a very small Jr team I heard they'll be lucky to have enough for 8 man.
I think Jasper will be way down. Pretty sure HOKAHEY! said Lockwood would be fine and wouldn't go 8 man. Is Golden City not carrying them anymore?
Yes Golden city still plays with them but next yr Golden city has 54 kids in 9-12 grades... I think Jasper goes 6-3 we have a few new kids playing and 1 really good OL man coming in from being home schooled... Plus are jv went 6-1 last yr only losing in an 8 man game against McCauley full 8 man team.
Skinslvr, why do you think that Lamar will be down some this year? I think this team could be as good as any Lamar team in the past few years. The only player that they lost that they can't replace is Morrow. That will be a huge dropoff, but they are loaded with quality athletes.
To be honest no Real reason... I have heard from a few players from Lamar some of the boys expect to be handed the title and dont work as hard as the boys from a few yrs back.. Not to meantion their has to be a drop off some time...
Im hoping but i doubt it .. Id say Midway vs Jasper Midway winning it... We have a new coach and a new system so we might not win a game lol but with our talent we should make a run for it

It might be wide open then... I do know after this yr Jaspers Talent drys Up badly... To be honest i have no clue how it Will turn out but i cant wait !! I mean i think Lockwood Will be down but some think they'll be top 10.. Pierce City might not be bad.. The Srvc is wide open for the taking.. Id say after week 2 we'll know how Jasper is going to be after the Diamond game bc i expect them not to be bad... Are 1st game ( Sarcoxie ) should be a cake walk.
Only thing I could say last yr is we had never seen a offense like Drexel's and to be honest our boys thought easy win and none of our boys wanted to play in that cold rain... Drexel just plan out played us
No, but I also know better than to base anything off of one glorified practices. How much did you learn about their offense in those what, 15? Plays you watched? It's the start of the summer.
On top of that, in class one, one elite playmaker can immediately make you a contender. They won't win it probably, but they could very easily be back in the championship game.
