They're chucking 3s because they're not good enough to get good shots consistently inside the arc against SEC athletes.

KA sure can't and that is a problem. Of course when they shoot inside the 3 pt line the shot gets blocked.

I agree but they are so bad at 3s that it is pretty clearly the worse option, especially when you account for the rate at which players are fouled on 2s vs. 3s.

It's also amazing they can't find a shooter when the average MVC team can find 3-4 guys who can make 33% of their 3s, let alone 25%. If you're not going to have the most athletic team, how the heck can you at least not get a kid or two who can shoot?
