More than one in five American children fall below a relative poverty line, which UNICEF defines as living in a household that earns less than half of the national median. The United States ranks 34th of the 35 countries surveyed, above only Romania and below virtually all of Europe plus Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

So, a child in the US could live in a house with an income of 30k and be in poverty while a child in say Canada could live in a house earning 30 k and not be. Great methodology there.

Liz Warren is incredibly dishonest "the pander bear Liz Warren" promised to go to the rose garden every year to read and mourn the transgender victims. If you get murdered she's going to mention your name. If you get an abortion she's going to wear a scarf. She's like an annoying HOA director that lectures every time I hear her. I can't wait until she loses.

It’s probably true, but when you consider the US poverty rate is upper middle class in most other developed countries it’s pretty much apples and oranges
Yes. He is intentionally misleading the public.
He did not have a steady job until he was 39. In the 1970s he received unemployment insurance.
Bernie, in 1992 while running for congress, claimed all his campaign workers as consultants to avoid paying federal income taxes on his employees.
Bernie, does he pay his own campaign workers $15 an hour? He advocates this for everyone except his own people.
He is a freeloader that is arrogant enough to think he can fix the health care woes, (20%) of our GNP or the health care industry.
Did you know that climate change is an existential threat? We must turn our government and economy over to Bernie and his band to fight the Sun.

We have gone over this before. He sold a lot of books and didn't have to have the RNC buy a bunch.
Actually, he has sold one thing, socialism, to the unthinking masses who live in the freest, most prosperous nation in the history of the world...thanks to capitalism.
Has he ever employed anyone on his own? Run payroll? Built anything? Created something? I don’t begrudge his success, he begrudges everyone else’s.
The logic is, Bernie is peddling U S poverty when the U S poverty rate would be top 1% in income in many countries. That fact makes him have to figure the equation differently.
Why does that matter?
Does median income make someone making a buck a day richer than someone making 100 bucks a day?
It would make a difference in what is considered wealthy in a country and how far a buck will go vs how far it will go here.
