any schools going to 8-man or vice versa?

Are there any schools that thought they would be 11-man that are deciding to drop down to 8-man because of lack of numbers this August. When do they have to decide whether to stay 11-man or go 8-man. And I guess the opposite could also be done. Any 8-man teams with big numbers moving up to 11-man now?

Only one I know moved down (decided months ago, though) is Wellington-Napoleon.
