all 6 classes will be won by private schools

The success factor is really leveling the playing field.

Cardinal Ritter playoff scores - 210-38. IIRC correctly, they have now been class 3,4,5. Would think they would have just as much success at class 6
1963 square miles - CR attendance zone size to draw players from
51 square miles - Cape Central attendance zone size to draw players from

1963 square miles - CBC attendance zone size to draw players from
281 square miles - Jackson attendance zone size to draw players from.

1963 square miles - DeSmet attendance zone to draw players from
299 square miles - Rockbridge attendance zone to draw players from (district has 3 high schools, I assume they have split boundaries, I know some school districts have open enrollment as long as you provide transportation).

1962 square miles - Lutheran N ....(you get the point)
106 square miles - Hillsboro
What it's doing is moving the crap up so more teams have to deal with it than just us small towns.

Enjoy!!!

Might happen but only two times Valle has played Lamar they didn't want any part of the Tigers

Ritter doesn't have the athletes to hang with Webb, They only beat Helias because of a failed 2 point conversion, Crusaders didn't look too impressive against Republic today
Whatever your smoking, please sell to me. Must be good. Or your just fishing.

If I remember correctly the starting QB for Helias was playing when they played CR. He got hurt the following week against Rock Bridge. He’s been out since then.
Good lord they have a whole sideline full of players. It's next man up.

Webb and a lot of teams have been dealing with injuries all year

I’ve not seen or heard a Valle fan even on SEMO boards talk this team up. I think you are reading into “it’s valley” way too much. They haven’t won anything since class 1. It’s been tougher sledding since they can’t beat Thayer and Lockwood anymore.

Haven’t “won anything”, I mean they did have to play the best Class 3 teams I’ve seen in my 54 years in districts a few times. And then lose to PHC who was at minimum a top five class three team. Little different than the typical class 1 schedule they were used to.

WOW football talk from you.

Yeah, there’s probably an in between. But my point still stands they went from playing teams they had no business playing from a competitive standpoint in class 1. To now playing schools that are competitive enough to actually give them a game. This is though for a Valle standpoint good for them to see how they measure up in a competitive stance. Yes technically nothing has been accomplished for a Valle standpoint (ships) since leaving class 1. It hasn’t went well for them. That’s just is what it is stuff man. Valle is a hardware or it wasn’t enough program.

Lol not saying other teams don’t have injuries. Just saying it’s not always wise to compare scores especially when you lose a player that was that good. Geez don’t get your panties in a wad

Class 5 is def Cardinal Ritter’s. I watched Jackson put 50 pts on Cape in 1 and a half quarters all while holding their run game to negative yards. If Ritter’s offense can move the ball as well as Jackson and stop the run. Game over by halftime.

If Jackson would have stayed healthy, they might have surprised class 6.

You can’t mention Kearney without mentioning the power of the Kearney Moms being a factor…🤔
