Havent seen a player destroy a team single handed since we played clayton.
Gall is dominating on both sides of the ball. Can't be stopped on offense and disrupting Webb's running game from his MLB spot. He is the best player on the field by far. Hudson also making good plays for Carthage as a WR. Carthage dominating the LOS, and beating Webb on special teams. Good call by Guidi on the fake punt. Caught Webb by total surprise. Dominating first half performance by Carthage.
Gall is making just about every tackle . Two of his tds had to be some kind of misalignment or something . Toss sweep left and literally nobody on defense on that side of the field except the corner

Yea they are looking a bit worn on both offense and defense. Just keep that clock running!
This freshman QB for Webb is a freaking stud . The next 3 years will be fun with him
Well Gall is crazy good . Idk how many tackles he had but it was a lot . I honestly think Webb still may STEAL this district from Carthage. This is likely the best Carthage team they have ever had . I don't honestly understand the Webb sucks talk ......this is a really good team. They are beat to heck with injuries but they are still solid and it wouldn't really surprise me for them to win their 23rd straight district championship
Seems like Webb found a few things in the second half. They slowed down Gall, cleaned up their special teams play and may have found a new QB. The freshman QB was definitely a game-changer. With Gall and others playing both ways, Carthage got tired. Will that hold Carthage back when the games counts the most? Sets up a huge battle for the district championship in 5 weeks!
I think Carthage was better last year. They play too many guys both ways.
Honestly I think last years Carthage team was better they seemed to score more and score faster and burn everyone on big plays but this team is very good.
A win over Webb city is always a great thing but the second half shutout was extremely concerning. Webb didn’t score a ton but they had all the momentum starting with that astounding defensive performance when Carthage got to the one and was looking to go up by 4 scores.
Carthage just looked more tired than I’ve seen them even against nixa so I’m not loving their chances to pull this off again in a few weeks when Webb city actually “wants” to win. I was hoping almost expecting Carthage would maintain if not build their lead in the second half. So who knows!
Don’t think I’ve ever seen cardinal stadium that empty before the end of the game unless it was raining.
