Record border crossings

Illegals from all over the globe are pouring in at an all time high. Tent cities are springing up like a Burning Man festival. El Paso has 1,800 illegal crossings per day. At a border crossing in Texas, one day this week had 5,000 enter the US seeking asylum. Biden is granting nearly a half million Venezuelans temporary amnesty to allow them to find jobs, who will scatter with many to remain here and get lost in the shuffle.

Politically, Biden has to do something to stem the tide. You can bet come election time, immigration will be at the forefront of the GOP candidates, just as it is every four years, and rightly so. Biden's handling of the border will cost him votes in '24 if he doesn't stall the new record wave.

Washington Dems are wrong on immigration.

Joplin fans ...looking for some advice

Going to the Joplin game TM night and I have only been to two games there ever and both times it was against Webb and I got there at like 5 pm and sat on the visitor side . Tomorrow my daughter is doing a dance at half but I have to work so I can't get there until like 6:40 and have to sit on the home side . What's the parking situation like that late and where is it best to park ?

NOW we are TALKIN' HOT MOMs

This is a mom who knows how to show true team spirit. Nothing like some strappy heels and a boob-popping outfit to show your support...I am sure all the other mammas love the example she shows...and to display love so well. It is a boost for the coaches, the players and especially the booster club president.

The private school boutique team. End this nonsense now.

Cardinal Ritter will be a heavy favorite in Class 4. They got two more East St. Louis transfers that will no doubt be eligible right away. Hilarious. That makes 5 or 6 total ESL transfers (Boyd brothers, Clayborne, and these two). I doubt very much any of them moved across the river. They also have their junior RB back that missed all of last season due to undisclosed reasons. He will help them immensely. Comical what is happening in the STL area and MSHSAA can't/won't do anything to slow it down.

The private school boutique team. End this nonsense now.
Again, the most annoying thing is the gathering of transfers in this manner. I completely understand the CBCs, Rocks, Helias' of the world. They bring them in, get them enrolled in 9th grade. But to cherry pick and recruit specific players for specific roles and positions of need. Frankly, is a disgrace to high school football and should be stopped. I love to lobby MSHSAA to stop this type of activity.
