22. Staley @ Park Hill South
23. Louisiana @ Veritas Christian
24. Maysville @ Gallatin (classic NWMO rivalry)

Update: 24 games.
13 in area and 11 out of area.

Made a mistake, PC/Windsor game isn’t this week.

Class 1 District 3

In this 10 team bracket, Cabool earned the 8 seed with an 0-9 record ahead of 2-7 Miller and 2-7 Skyline.

Miller dropped below them after Marionville scored with :22 left in the game to go up 22-7.

So the Cardinals get to take that scenic trip down to Kabul.

Man how bad is the schedule of those two 2-7 teams to be below an 0-9?
They need springfield central in their lives.

Is the top of 4A the top of MO football?

I just finished watching Lutheran north beat CR… Wow what a game.

#7 can play for LN fast and electric!
LN is smaller than I thought and not as physical as I thought they would be.

CR is not the best football team I’ve seen this year….

I watched Kearney play north Kansas City and park hill and I told my wife I thought this was the most violent defense I’ve ever seen in my life in high school football all levels.

The speed in which plays break down at the dline is like watching one of those dream team college teams like Georgia route TCU the Kearney dline is big, violent and fast.

Kearney linebackers and safety’s are going to be a huge problem. #4 and # 19 are electric on the field and great football players #4 cleans up everything and has room to run and that looks the same way each and every game.

Kearney #1 and #2 are the two best Dlineman I’ve ever seen at getting off the ball and disrupting every play in high school. The violence these guys are bringing looks like they should be in a prison somewhere.

Kearneys QB can’t throw, if he throws vs LN he could go 5/10 with 5 ints. That’s the only liability I see on Kearney. #15 can’t even complete screen passes without it being a sht show.

I don’t know how LN moves the ball on Kearney and they do not play as hard. LN has better overall team speed but Kearney could turbo them if they don’t do anything stupid.

These are the two best teams in the state of MO but my money is on the best HS defense I’ve ever seen. My nephew coaches at PH and he said take it for what it’s worth that this Kearney defense could physically dominate any college D2 program and that #1,#2 and #4 had NFL strength today and would be 5stars if they weren’t slightly undersized.

The only other comment that stuck with me was “when you play the top 6a schools you have 1-2 seconds to do something vs Kearney plays instantly break down and there is no where to go with the football because they are dropping 7-8 players each snap”

Got my popcorn for playoffs !

What's YOUR Thing!?

With the MO entering the football offseason and PA's offseason starting next week, figured now would be a good time for us to establish what our respective "things" are. Obviously this doesn't bar another poster from using your "thing" but it does give you the rights to call em out for using it! HA!

Use this thread to claim yours! The below list is just beginning of what's already been claimed/established;

St Louis schools are a joke relative to KC.

Truly expecting this year to be a shell shock for our friends in saint looeese…

I’ll predict it now

5A Platte CTY. Top offense in the state
4A Karney. Maybe a top defense MO has ever seen any class. Loaded with underclassmen
6A LSN or one of those KC big dogs. Would not be surprised if they get upset by a KC team but if not they crush STL

Until I see something that changes my mind it’s KC and nobody else is close….
