I said that exact same one last weekend. If you are looking for 4 over 1 I like two in this region: Cameron over Richmond and Butler over Pembroke Hill.
Another I see nobody going for in Pick Em is the battle of Blue Springs. The Wildcats blew out Rock when they were unbeaten and only lost the regular season game to rival South by 10. Even (sometimes especially) in the playoffs these rivalry games are very tricky.
I wouldn’t bet money on it but I think neosho has at least a shot to take down a short handed Carthage.
And I think Webb city will beat #2 grain valley although I’m not sure that’s really an upset other than on paper.

Neither is what they were in that C5 quarterfinal for sure. Have not seen Webb in person but have GV I see others talking about them being the most physical team Kearney played. Ummmm maybe. I still go Fort Week 1. In saying that no way to figure these intersectional games................
Give me a break. Carthage is missing one player, yes a very good one but he’s not the whole offense. Good teams find a way to win this time of year and I am guessing the Carthage staff has spent the last two weeks prepping for how they are going to account for his loss. I am also guessing they haven’t sat around feeling sorry for themselves about losing one kid. Pretty sure they haven’t complained about missing their leading tackler from last year for the entire season either. Enjoy your pessimistic view of what has been an otherwise good year for Carthage.
Hopefully i’m wrong, but I will go as far to say Miller has a shot to upset Marionville unless the post-season Comets decide to show up.
After the Newts win over cAssville last week I was wondering when was the last time they won a district game? Would love to see them make the District title game.

Stockton, Miller. One of these two will emerge victorious after surviving their vicious conference schedule. Maybe both??
I’m not basing that solely on losing 81 but also neosho is pretty decent and their qb seems fully back in the saddle. Carthage struggled to contain that Welch kid last time. Just saying I think it adds up to give neosho a chance, although I still favor the tigers.
I agree on Butler, will be physical for sure. Ph most likely hasn't played a real physical team.
