Define big because Webb hasn't beat one decent team big all year. I know GV is down but I don't think they are that far down.
I am staying Windsor tonight to see the Hounds hosting Pierce City, but hoping will be getting updates on East Buch at Mid-Buch. Guessing Pierce City is already on the bus. I would guess that Hayti left sometime this morning to head to Van-Far. Because the is what it is, FAR.
There hasn't been a butt whoopin like what will happen there since Tuesday!
If grain valley can shut webbs ground game down they they have a good chance to win.
Grain Valley is a hard hitting stout team. QB is capable of making plays. Running back one of he best in KC metro.
Going to MSSU to watch grandson play baseball in their fall classic then home to the couch to watch WC at GV. Expecting a close and competitive game like last year! Go Cards! No matter what happens this year I expect Webb to be back next year as good as ever. They will have the jimmy and

I don’t know anything about GV so I can’t say who is better but I have watched Webb city most of the season and IMO they are not as bad or short on talent as some want them to be. They were very clumsy on offense for much of the season and teams were beating them at their own game but for the most part teams haven’t been able to score a lot of points against them. Yes their best player and some others are out but they have plenty of athletes, some just needed to play a different position, some needed reps and some had to start playing both ways. Yes they haven’t beat a good team but they lost to the top 3 in the coc west by a combined 4 pts and they have recently been moving the ball very coherently with multiple weapons and putting up a lot of points.
They aren’t as potent as many previous teams so even though they have improved a lot a very good team still has an opportunity but I think the window has already closed for average and even many good teams to beat Webb city.
Well I can tell you if you saw GV last year they are not the team they were last year.
I could see this being close or a blow out by either team

In a bit of irony, I ordered the beard Chinese tonight and got myself a couple of egg rolls. Washed them down with some Nattys. It’s high brow around this house tonight!
