That would make me one happy man and I wouldn't shut up about it for months or possibly years that the COC had 3 state champs ...but probably unlikely . Webb has two killer games to make it to state ... Camdenton and Ladue in the path ...Webb may be better than both or not better than either ...couldn't tell ya .
Carthage should beat Glendale ...after that who knows ??
Joplin I think beats Fort Zumwalt ...maybe easily but idk that they beat Peck / DeSmet ..in fact I think it's unlikely

Minus the starting QB (hope he is back this Saturday) Staley will not win C5. I still like Jackson in that class regardless................
I think Webb and Carthage have a great shot. I think Joplin beats Ft. Zumwalt and would beat Ray Pec, but I doubt Ray Pec beats De Smet. I don't think Joplin beats De Smet either, unfortunately.

DeSmet traveling to Ray Pec will help but the Panthers are definitely the underdog. Given a number of key offensive contributors are JRs don't be shocked if Kruse and Co. are right back in this position in 2020.

I have watched Ladue 4 times, including last week against Rockwood. They are good, but not last year good. Of course I love to see STL teams win, but after watching Webb and Ladue, I would say Webb beats Ladue by 7, but wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a little more. I have Webb as my C4 pick.
Chaminade lost their RB, I think Eureka or Zumwalt N win class 5 this year.

What did you see that makes you think Joplin can beat De Smet?
As a Joplin fan, I could use some encouragement. I'm still shell shocked from last year's loss to CBC. I don't think De Smet is as good as CBC was last year, but from what I've seen, they look pretty dang good.
Lol. If Elevation Holmes for Life had pulled the upset they would have moved into betting favorite position. Lutheran North is still the overwhelming favorite.
Oh, and while a wildly entertaining game, Lathrop was outplayed the vast majority of that contest and was surviving on the benefit of two big plays. One of those was a jump ball that was ill-advised but got home. Don't get me wrong, they did enough to win the game but they didn't show anything to me that would tilt the needle their way against LN on the road.
Roosevelt isn’t my pick to win, but I am glad they won their district. Especially after dealing with the the dumb reason their coach was let go.

Webb held Camdenton to negative rushing yards last year but gave up a bit over 300 Yards passing. Pass Defense is a tad better right now I think.
Backfield is healthy and as long as we can keep the ball off of the ground Cards should roll on the road
