The Wellington Lady Tigers found themselves in a deep hole early as the St Paul Lady Saints vaulted to an early 21-7 lead in the first quarter in a matchup between two great teams tonight in Concordia.
After scoring 21 in the first quarter, the Saints could only manage 2 points in the entire second quarter and were outscored by the WN Tigers 48-21 over the last three quarters.
Saints are now 13-7 and the Tigers are now 17-4.
