Week 9 Opponet Needed

So Will Christian could do their schedule for them?
Why would he schedule for them? Not sure what you are getting at. Camdenton is more interested in having "winning regular seasons" than in pushing themselves to actually do something in the playoffs. Iron sharpens iron.

Because when the COC offered the invite, Lebanon would schedule for Camdenton, Rolla, and Waynesville. Its public knowledge and out in the open. And I know you guys think there is no football outside of Joplin metro but to call the CMAC weak is hilarious and clueless. The teams in that league blow out the COC in terms of tradition and state championships.

ummmm no, They are now in a conference that is more difficult and against more large schools than the one they were in before. Thinking before you post would be great. I have no dog in the fight, I just hate ridiculous arguments for no reason other than to take shots at people.

Only team worth a crap in the CMAC is the only private school Helias. Its all about Springfield Metro now not Joplin metro ( not even sure you can use Joplin and Metro together) Enjoy 6-5 with an early exit year after year.

Week 9 will be a tough find. A lot of the out-of-state may already be in their version of district play, etc. Could they see if one of the St. Louis superteams (aka Christian Brothers, etc) needs an extra JV game?

To be honest Camdenton would have lost maybe two games if they were in the COC last year. They would have more than likely been in Nixa's division, so a lose to Nixa and maybe Lebanon? Add a lose for cross play if they would have had Webb, Carthage, or Republic. 7-2 or 6-3 at worst for conference play. Pretty much the same record whether in the CMAC or COC.

Wrong again.....Rock Bridge was in the quarterfinals of Class 6, Cap City was solid, so definitely worth a crap. Not great, but not crap either. Hickman actually looked decent towards the end of the season at times and Jeff City was in the Semifinals of Class 4 the year before. Again, it is better than the conference that they were in before so your comment still doesn't make any sense.

Phew.

Definitely not, travel would have been a nightmare
Maybe in other sports? maybe. But in Football thats just not true. look at Camdenton's road trips this year.

Jefferson City- 1 Hr
Branson 2-hrs
Jefferson City- 1 Hr
Columbia- 1.5 Hrs
KC- 2.5Hrs

= avg road trip 1hr 35min

If you gave Camdenton Lebanon's schedule

Joplin- 2hrs
Willard-1.3hrs
Ozark-1.3 hrs
Kickapoo- 1.3 hrs
Waynesville -1 hr

=Avg Road trip 1hr 25 min

The 2.5 hours to KC was actually a home game so that does change the averages a bit to be fair

Nothing really. Just think its stupid that they always claim they went to a better place. When in fact they were just Tired of getting beat by Lebanon, a school they use to dominate. Camdenton is 4-7 against Lebanon the last 10 years. Then the thought of competing with Nixa, Lebanon, Carthage, Republic, Webb City, Joplin sent them running to the CMAC. Its sad really, a once proud program that wouldn't run from anyone. Instead of trying to return to their former glory, they seem fine with mediocrity.

COC isn't that great. What has Lebanon ever won?
