The amount of old GRC teams that have moved or will move to 8 man is depressing.
Granted, Polo isn’t an old school GRC team but they’ve been in the conference for close to 20 years now I would think?
Old GRC teams that have made the move:
Rock Port(they were kicked out in the early 2000s)
Tarkio
Princeton
Albany
Am I missing any?

Idk much about king city’s football history.
I don’t believe they were in the GRC in the late 90s and early 2000s, I’m guessing they were 8 man then. But for a short 5-6 year stint when they were 11 man from… idk 2006-2010ish, they were in the GRC I believe.
With how nasty of a rivalry King City and Maysville are and their proximity to each other, it’s definitely possible they were in the GRC in the 80s and into the 90s before going 8 man for the first time.
I can’t even remember when the GRC started. I’d have to look it up online or I’m sure one of the guys on here will know
That guy won't be me old timer as I am. Way back in the 80s was all about Kearney and only Kearney FB the Skillman Era.
King City was in the grc in 90 and played 11 man. I scouted them playing Rock Port back then. Then I remember they were 8 man in 95. They stayed 8 man till 2006 I believe. Then went back to 8 man 2017 I think. They were in the 275 conference in 8 man football the first time I believe.
