Webb City vs. Platte County.......who ya got

Out of the top 15 teams in all classes in Missouri Webb has the 12th strongest/toughest schedule. Too difficult to make the call about top defenses when you aren't really playing the top teams on a regular basis, and seeing the wear and tear every week that happens in Class 6. Its a given that Blue Springs, Staley and Webb have better athletes. But not better coaches and discipline than Webb. Stamp it.
Definitely did not say better athletes but I did say WC might have the best defense in the state. Coaches (Rod and Smith) are not even questionable that we have the best. I wish our schedule allowed for us to play a Blue Spings (or whoever) every year.

You may get the chance if new classifications move you to class 5. At least teams like Staley, Fort O, and a few others.

Yeah, times I have watched Class 6 and 5 finals, I thought the Class 4 Champs, Kearney and Webb over the past several years looked way better coached.

Webb by 17. -3 turnovers it moves to <7.

This is not a good match up for P.C. They do not stop the run well.
Not sure how good WC's DBs are..but they haven't seen a passing attack like this (lite version compared to last year's PC passing attack.) But give WC staff a week, and I'm sure they will figure it out.

I was wrong. Webb wasn't as good as the press made them out to be. They should have lost this game. Thank the wind and a couple great plays--stops in the first half. The pick on the three and the goal line stand on the other end. Otherwise WC doesn't make it. game of inches. They got it done. But give this crap about Carl Junction being the second best team. Puuullleesse.

Haha you're hilarious

And Webb lost the second half after really being outplayed in the first. Bug plays on the goaline saved their bacon.

Lost the second half? WEBBs opening drive in the second half was 80 yards 5 minutes TOUCHDOWN. I thought the two mistakes WEBB made was running a play the last 20 seconds of the 3rd. Why we didn't just run the clock out and run that play to start the 4th made me go huh, and then the short 3rd down thrown interception by WEBB in the 4th. Figured we were passing but thought with the wind we would go deep making it like a punt if nothing else. PC whom played great plain and simple hit 4-5 deep balls. Without those what did they have? Heck PC's last score came after back to back PI calls against WEBB.,Like I said PC played well and the QB has a dang good arm but smacking on WEBB who is headed to their 16th Championship game and hopefully 14th Championship is kinda goofy..

I actually think the wind helped them with the long ball especially against the wind. The QB could chuck it and the wind made it come up short which essentially became a jump ball. We only have 2 kids that can jump with the 6'5" kid. #15 tied the vertical jump record for WC at 35" and # 3 I believe has a 33" vertical. Unfortunately, the play lb and de respectively.
