End of the 1st and Webb is up 13-0. Playing down to their competition it looks on on Offense but the D looks good against a terrible CJ offense.

CJ has a couple hosses on the line. Looks like JROD can open up the O and score at will as seen by the pass down the middle out of the spread. WEBBs D line and linebackers look very good.

Offense just real sloppy in 1st half. It is week 1 but need to clean some things up. Probably a good thing WC isn’t playing Joplin or Carthage tonight but I image the 2nd half will be cleaner.

Webb defense was clearly better than CJ's offense ...they could have played for a week and CJ wouldn't have scored . CJ actually played pretty good on defense . Hope the starting qb for Webb is ok....looked like he was pretty hurt

Not saying it was absolutely needed but CJ has a couple dlineman that definately fill the holes. Not sure on their sizes but boys take up some space.
My question for the night. Did CJ players make their own jerseys? Jk but what the heck, couldn't read the dang numbers. Red jersey with a thin white outlined red number. Not a good look..

CJ was playing 0 coverage and putting 10 in the box at times . Webb needs to improve on the passing game to prevent that . Not a crisp game for Webb but they look really really good on defense

CJ only giving up 34 is really good considering how many times Webb had the ball.

Trying to find a silver lining if it is serious, at least the back up got a couple games in last year as starter, I belief and was able to finish out the game last night. Better that then just throwing him in against Joplin next week.

Hicks was the backup last year that came in for Beason in the Joplin game and then started a few games. The backup this year is Cole Gayman who is actually hurt as well. Goddard is 3rd strong and played well. WC has a lot of depth at the skill positions.

I heard Hicks is waiting on xrays! Suspected fracture above the ankle. Best case is high ankle sprain! If so and Cole is out, they need to protect Goddard as much as possible. He is good kid, good build, but are they looking at a freshman if he goes down? Emergency QB training going on with a skilled position player if Hicks does have a fracture!

Bad information? I took this straight from the coffee shop fans Saturday morning! I heard some guy name Chris had a pulpit and playbook and was dropping fire on the congregation on hand!
