Why take a knee there ? Why now at least try a hail Mary ? This is a hell of a game
And then GV goes in to the locker room with two timeouts. Seems they should’ve called one and maybe wound up with something g good themselves.
Both teams seemed to be satisfied enough for the time being.
Halftime thoughts.
Webb offense has great speed and the misdirection is alot.
Webb D has good speed but has gave up some big plays when arm tackling.
Grain Valley offense is good but that defensive speed is turning the usual 50 to 60 yd td runs into 10 to 15 yd gains.
Grain Valley Defense is giving it all they can vs a very fast offense
2nd half adjustments or who has the ball last will tell the tale. Great Ball game.

Not sure on WC side but I know GV has top DE Byrd out whole game, and lost one of top 2 receivers olah after his big 3rd down catch in first
GV started the game and that fired Webb up. Bad idea.
The important question is what are Gabe Johnson's track stats?
He looks very fast on the live feed compared to GV's defensive pursuit

They have been great all year against the pass . Calm down . They are going against the best offense they have seen all year by a long shot
I’m used to them allowing passing yards in front of them but these guys are blowing converging letting the receivers get behind them
That happens when you're playing against a RB that has 2500 yards
GV is perhaps the best team Webb has seen all year . Hats off to them . Their offense is a nightmare to defend
Like if you are an inside linebacker for Webb and you have a 2500 yd rusher and you are showing a 3 front . You key him right ? They scoot up and they throw a quick dump pass over your head ? The GV tight ends hurt Webb bad TN but how the hell do you defend that ? You got a stud at RB and have to stop him somehow . Anyways I was really impressed with gv . Balanced offense and they stopped Webb for a yard or less more than any team has done all year . They just gave up a lot of big runs
Just got back from the game. Grain Valley is a DAMN good team. That #12 is a beast and the team itself has a "never give up" attitude. I was very impressed with them.
