We see this in masking, like masks, are the be-all and end-all of good. And out of an abundance of caution, I think advocating for masks in close quarters is good.
But, in some countries, masking is not the norm. And these are liberals' favorite countries. Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Under 10% polled said they would wear a mask in public. And in some of those countries, we haven't seen massive outbreaks.
In Italy, where we saw massive outbreaks, where masking is 85%, so it's not clear that masking is be all end all.
But because President Trump, doesn't like masks it became a point of polarization. THIS IS WHAT DEMOCRATS DO. The media can tear down President Trump over anything.
