Walnut Grove 30 Golden City 28

Eldo went north thus they are midwest MO

And Thayer? Meh! They're closer to Bootheel teams than they are to some 'SWMO' team
Go down to Thayer and drive to West Plains. Then go back to Thayer and drive to the bootheel.

Keep track of the miles and let us know which trip took the longest lol

Thayer doesn't play many bootheel teams. Do you even know where the bootheel is and why it's called that?

You may be talking to the wrong guy but yes, I'm a geography guy so I know where the bootheel is and why it's called that. It's the three counties crammed into the southeast corner of the state and looks like a bootheel. I passed that test in third grade :D

Yeah I guess I replied on the wrong post. He'll get the idea that Thayer ain't anywhere near the bootheel.

Perhaps I should have said SEMO.

Drive to joplin from Thayer.

Now drive to Cape G

Even poplar bluff is MUCH closer than Springpatch.

/thread.

Tell the suits that run the Pink and White/Blue and Gold that Thayer isn't part of southwest Missouri and they should stop inviting them.

I'm sure the folks in Thayer will appreciate you.

Do the same for El Dorado Springs and Camdenton.

Camdenton probably wouldn't care.

Delta 20. WG 18. Half

WG had had at least three 10 second violations but when they do break the press they are able to score.

Delta has shot a very low percentage and walnut grove has been resilient against the Delta pressure, especially for such a young team

10 second violations are not nearly as bad as a live ball turnovers. They are doing a good job not just throwing the ball up for grabs.

Delta lost the title game
I watched that game today. Not many HS girls teams are bigger than Platte Valley. Class 4 Doniphan in this area has 3 or 4 kids 6' or 6'1" and one of those is a freshman. Not sure any other girl's team in any class around here has that much size. Those kids I saw today were not only big they were very good in all phases of the game.
What qualifies a school to co-op? I saw someone on here say Delta only has 54 kids in their school. Other small schools around them can field a team too so I guess none of them could go that route. The announcers kept saying the fans from Cape really turned out to support their team. Delta is not an offshoot from Cape and is not a private school so I don't know where they got that.

Probably cayse program has county and said Delta is in Cape Girardeau county

There is a lot of teams in Cape County and they have their own fans. I haven't heard any announcers say lots of fans from Poplar Bluff are here to support Neelyville when they go to the tournament. I'm sure most do but they are not Neelyville fans because of the county they're in.
