Since the Ohio shooter was an Elizabeth Warren supporter does that mean she is to blame as well?
Interesting question. If he had gone to the banking district of Toledo, oops I mean Dayton, then yes she would be. If he had gone to Wall Street to do this, then yes she would be.
If he was killing protestants for the genocide of Indians then Pocahontas would be responsible. Since he did none of those then no.
However creating an environment that is hostile to outsiders, and a person travels to a city to find a higher percentage of outsiders then the person creating that environment is partially responsible.

In 2005, a left-leaning blogger wrote, “Illegal immigration wreaks havoc economically, socially, and culturally; makes a mockery of the rule of law; and is disgraceful just on basic fairness grounds alone.” In 2006, a liberal columnist wrote that “immigration reduces the wages of domestic workers who compete with immigrants” and that “the fiscal burden of low-wage immigrants is also pretty clear.” His conclusion: “We’ll need to reduce the inflow of low-skill immigrants.” That same year, a Democratic senator wrote, “When I see Mexican flags waved at pro-immigration demonstrations, I sometimes feel a flush of patriotic resentment. When I’m forced to use a translator to communicate with the guy fixing my car, I feel a certain frustration.”
The blogger was Glenn Greenwald. The columnist was Paul Krugman. The senator was Barack Obama.

Connor Betts, the Dayton, Ohio mass shooter, was a self-described “leftist,” who wrote that he would happily vote for Democrat Elizabeth Warren, praised Satan, was upset about the 2016 presidential election results, and added, “I want socialism, and i’ll not wait for the idiots to finally come round to understanding.”
