The Dems may find themselves on the wrong side of this battle too. The UAW president Shawn Fain showed support for president Donald Trump's Tariffs. Most blue collar workers are fine with them in polls if it means forcing companies to bring back middle income jobs. And remember Biden left all of Trumps old tariffs never removing them.

My great uncle was a counter guy for almost forty years and got stock as an employee profit-sharing perk, left some serious f-u money to his family when he passed.

He gave me 10 shares (it was around 10 bucks/share then) as a graduation gift when I graduated HS and told me to buy all I could, when I could. I did.

GSBC is another local holding I have done very well with.
