Best player walked in and quit. There’s word of a lawsuit for hostile environment. Gonna get interesting.
The 2nd best player is gone too.The player in question is gonna go play for Link next yr. It’s on her social media
So she is going to throw away 2 years of high school basketball then. These parents are nuts. They are putting their kids through all this crap when the highest level that 99% of these kids are going to play is D2. And there is nothing wrong with playing D2 or below, in fact their kids may like that level more. I had 2 daughters play NAIA and it was a great experience for both of them. Parents out there I am afraid to tell you but your daughter is not the next Caitlin Clark or JuJu Watkins. Please let your daughters enjoy high school.
After seeing this I do believe that’s the caseThe 2nd best player is gone too.
I know nothing about what the facts are, like most if not all of the people on this forum, but just because the best two players claim the coach is at fault doesn’t make it true for me. If an investigation is warranted do the investigation and determine what the truth is. To just assume the coach is at fault and basically ruin this coach’s career is wrong.Always two sides to a story but when the two best players leave a team it kind of makes you think there might be more to this than some overly ambitious parents and players
Well—-the parents here are a different breed. The parent of the quoted tweet above spent 30 minutes SCREAMING at the coach after a game earlier this year. Has been kicked out of every gym (HS and AAU) that you can imagine. And the 2nd best player that quit for the year has a better reason. So all in all, it looks like one crazy ass parent.Always two sides to a story but when the two best players leave a team it kind of makes you think there might be more to this than some overly ambitious parents and players
You did, then you followed up with but when the two best players say the coach is bullying the players there might be something to it.I agree, that’s why I prefaced what I said with “always two sides to a story”
Does this girl’s parents not realize that some college coaches will cross her name off their list of potential players based on her parents behavior. Also, BTW some college coaches will cross her off their list for the social media post she recently made.Well—-the parents here are a different breed.
