Lamar has lost 3 home games in the last 10 years, some believe it will be 4 after Friday night. I think you will see another gear from both teams, however Lamar's top gear will be more at TMO than Seneca. If this game were being played under the totem pole I would possible think the opposite. Both teams better pack a lunch because JV will be watching this one from the sideline.

This is my uneducated unbiases opinion.

Got to see Lamar and they are good, not as good as in the past but honestly they have had some really incredible teams, however they are still a very good and solid football team and well coached. But this year seems more one dimensional with just a a running game but really not sure they need a passing game? Defense will still get after you and everybody does their job and plays fundamental assignment football.

Not seen Seneca yet, however they have not allowed a point yet, The last time I saw a big 8 team with a defense that looked this good was Carl Junction back in 89 they allowed only 6 points in conference play and that was to Seneca. I hope this is a barn burner but afraid Seneca is really playing exceptional football right now.

Last week was not a good game to judge Lamar's offense. Starting QB Alex Wilkerson did not play. Lamar started sophomore QB Torbeck his first varsity start. Cooper Haun who had not played yet this year came in for a few plays in his first game of the year. Will be interesting to see what they look like with Wilkerson and Haun playing full-time during a game for the first time this year.
