Amazing how many of the people ripping her now just recently voted to confirm her to a job as a federal judge. Now they now claim she is the worst possible;e candidate fo the SC. Didn't they do their homework before their last vote?

That was the point I was making....that being evasive is by design or the strategy. I never said she was the only nominee ever to do that or even alluded to that view point.
I see one person posting against her...I see no they. Would she be my choice? Nope she is way to moderate for may taste.....but she isn't any worse than the current Progressives on the SC.

That is Human nature and it's a evolutionary trait of survival. While in modern society we view it as disgusting that has been the Norm of our species from the dawn of time. Tribalism has reigned supreme in the effort to acquire and protect resources, family and friends. It even goes so far that when they brain map humans looking at people from other cultures, religions, and races in distress the Brain doesn't register the same volume of empathy. Even one study showed that the closer a person looks to yourself the more the brain will fire to show empathetic emotions.
Nice inflammatory response. A lot of GOP's trust science it was the other side who was anti-vax until Covid came along. Which is ironic. What a lot of GOP's didn't trust was the Govt and the strange Agenda that the began enacting... Aka mandates/Lockdowns and then public consequences of not vaxing, clearly policies that overreached and then add in the Public Shaming bigotry for being a individual and making Individual choices and deciding not to vax obviously was what caused the divide ..... There is about a 10%-12% gap between Dem's and Rep's on vax rates. And I suspect that most of that 12% is just being oppositional and defiant to a degree, they know they don't fall in the category of Morbidity issues so they are refusing the vax or boosters, which they know per the science is not that big of gamble for the and their survival rate.
as long as you theorize critically about all aspects of race. Like Barr said a couple of weeks ago, if black people didnt commit so many more crimes than other races they wouldnt be interacting with cops at a much higher rate. Systemic racism is nothing but a smokescreen for the real problems out there that polite people dont want to talk about these days

the sentencing guidelines for heroin and cocaine dont call out different sentences that are determined by the accused race do they??
Historically cocaine sentences were much less than other banned substances.
I could care less what color someone tags a drug, but if that is true then we should increase the sentences for cocaine. People act like that poor black people are the only folks getting arrested and going to jail for drug crimes. More than twice as many white people are arrested and convicted for drug offenses than black people and thats a fact. They ALL need put in jail first offense for possession of any controlled substance for a year. If someone gets caught SELLING any amount of any controlled substance then they should go to jail for life. We would win the war on drugs that is bleeding our society dry if we increased the penalties so that they were an actual deterrent.
Of course there are more whites arrested for drugs. Blacks make up 13% of the population.
no I could care less. I guess it might make some difference if only a certain race uses a certain drug and in that case it might be a problem. if I was at the point my position was it doesnt matter just let them all kill each other then at that point i couldn't care less
