I choose one party mostly because of my position on issues. If they want to railroad the guy doing what I want (including trying to eliminate corruption before giving aid) then yes, I will be a party guy. I couldn't stand McCain and didn't vote for him because of his position on issues. I couldn't stand Obama because of his position on issues. I didn't think he should be impeached even though his actions (IRS, fast and furious, etc.) were proven and worse than Trumps.

100% of the non-Fox impeachment coverage is negative. 93% of all coverage about DT is negative. It's a massive disadvantage.
