It an't going to stick nothing will happen, he will be running for president soon enough...those in power operate by a different set of rules than you and I, and that goes for those in both parties.

I do find some of the story a bit dubious because in it they claim he tried to destroy and mutilate the Documents but failed.....I mean how hard is it to destroy Documents? Fire/Shredder/Drop them in the Ocean? It never fails to amaze me how these reports and claims lack even common sense explanations. And if you are going to destroy documents why would you take them to Mar-a-largo? And doesn't the President have the ultimate authority on declassification of documents!

How hard is it to raise a bottle of water to your mouth? And you have to have actually declassified them for them to be considered declassified.

I just wonder if the story will be that he declassified it before he left office, which is seemingly not the case (or you'd think they'd maybe bring that up immediately), or will it be that he can just cart blanche declassify stuff after he isn't president anymore in perpetuity.

Remember Sandy Berger? He took (6) copies of some documents from the National Archives and was fined $50k and 2 years of probation with 100 hours of community service. Multiply that by the number of documents at Mara Lago.
