We have 553 Missouri high schools playing for a state championship in five classes this year.

Class 1--------127 high schools
Class 2--------126 high schools
Class 3--------127 high schools
Class 4---------96 high schools
Class 5---------77 high schools

The high school with the most experience is the Vianney Griffin in St. Louis.

Head coach---------Kevin Walsh----20 years experience in the high school

Asst. Coach-------Terry Cochran---30 years experience in high school

Asst. Coach-------Craig Kennedy--30 year experience

This adds up to 80 years experience. It appears to me the only way to defeat the Vianney Griffins is to have more talent because it would be difficult to out coach these three experienced coaches.

Do we have other high school coaching staffs with high levels of experience?

Vianney plays in the tough Metro Catholic league and has one schedule game remaining this year. The St. Louis University High Bills 14-10 will invade Vianney on 2-27-15 before hosting class 5 district 2. ( CBC 16-7, Kirkwood 14-9 and Vianney 15-10 are the heavy favorites )

How many combined wins has that staff been a part of? With that much experience I wonder how ridiculously high that number may be.

Borgia's Dave Neirer HC, Bill Kimminau AC and Derek Bump AC have got to be right there.
