Sucks when you make the rules on sexual assault claims and then they get used against you.
Duck, When it comes to lawyers you hire the best you can find. The one that you believe will fight for you. Can you honestly say that had she gone to a lawyer who had gave $55,000 to Biden's campaign that they would have her best interest at heart, or any Dem lawyer right now, have to wonder who all turned her down?
I don't read much into this except to realize that the Dem Spin machine in now in crises mode and going after a woman who has come forward, something they could not believe the Pubs did... I am sure the Dems will keep kicking over rocks hoping that they find something that will cover up the stench that is the rotten corpse Biden, that they want to so badly beat Trump that they will sell out their morals, They have become what they hate the Pubs when it comes to morals....LOL.
I asked the question, why didn’t she come forward when Biden hit the national scene as VP in 2008. Her defenders claimed she had a young daughter and didn’t want her to go thru it. ok.
She was among eight women who came forward in 2019 to say that Biden made them feel uncomfortable by being overly handsy. Which he obviously is.
He finally apologized for that and said he would try to change. Why didn’t she say anything then about penetration?
Now we get to 2020. If she comes out in January, she might have sunk his primary campaign. This would have opened up the race for Bernie, Elizabeth, Amy or Pete. Instead she waits until he is the presumed nominee and only then do we here about the penetration/assault.

She’s way more credible than ballsy Ford and by Biden’s own words she must be believed. A good thing there has isn’t any evidence of Biden groping lots of women and underage girls...
When it comes to lawyers, most people hope to hire the best they can AFFORD in a reasonable proximity to where they live. If that lawyer has financially invested in one side or another, it's a leap of faith in that lawyer's ethics as to whether or not that lawyer has your best interests as their primary concern.
Best I can remember he said they must be "heard" but I don't catch all the quotes on these things.
