The No. 1 prospect in the Missouri Pre-Season Top Twenty
rankings returns this season with unfinished business. As a junior Blue
Springs running back

Darrian Miller
and the Wildcats had an outstanding season advancing to the
Class 6 Show-Me Bowl.

While Miller had outstanding personal success and the Wildcats
advanced to the title game it was the Hazelwood Central Hawks who earned their
second consecutive title. As a junior, Miller rushed for 2,798-yards,
averaging 9.1 yards-per-carry, scored 37 rushing touchdowns and finished with
375 receiving yards. This season Miller hopes to build on his solid effort
and the Wildcats hope to earn the title.

The top prospect in Missouri, Miller is listed as the 77th
prospect nationally in the Rivals250 listing of the top players in the country.
He stands 5-foot-10 inches, weighs 181-pounds, and has displayed great
speed on the field and at various combines.

Miller earlier committed to Kansas, but has reopened his
recruiting and has spent the summer weighing his options. Currently he
holds offers from Iowa, Kansas, Kansas State, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

"When I commit I want to make sure I'm solid wherever it is,"
he said. "I could commit somewhere anytime. I really don't have a date set or
know when that will be", Miller commented to the staff at JayhawkSlant.com

Miller earned an array of awards after a solid junior season
including all-conference, all-metro, and all-state honors. Another similar
season and the Wildcats and Miller can expect great results in 2010.
