Refreshing to see someone actually teach that kind of depth in a squat. When done right, it’s a great movement for power and explosion. Hard to be athletic without good strong hips, glutes, and legs.
Side note, I tore a hip flexor a little over a year ago. Had some major atrophy on the affected side. Did a TON of bridges and single legs, along with only using the affected side to climb stairs, to help gain back the needed symmetry to squat again. Lots of folks throwing weight on a bar don’t understand that importance. Great find on Twitter!
