Should HS basketball games be played on Sunday morning?

Very disturbed to see that the Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament is playing on Sunday, December 29 starting at 9 am. At risk of sounding like Ned Flanders, I don't think there should be games before 1 or 2 on Sundays. Thoughts?

I thought Sunday as a whole was off limits. One day a week should be so families can plan to do stuff without worry of a conflict .

I remember playing on Sunday in high school but it was at the Hearnes Center for the MFA Oil Shootout. It has to be a pretty special event to do it.

Wake me up when parents skip the travel team tournaments which ALL PLAY ON SUNDAY MORNING.

If there’s a consolation trophy to be won by the Super Select in the 6U bronze bracket of the USSSSSA World Series played in a cornfield in Soda Springs, Idaho, parents can’t write the $checks fast enough.

To me the issue isn't religious. I just think school sports should leave Sunday alone.
