Not sure the X reply posters knowledge of the area is but that mfer is at vandeventer and Delmar. I wouldn't wanna park there for sure.
What difference will be between Friday evening and Saturday night? There are still irresponsible jackasses in St. Louis city during daylight. I like the change but for a different reason. I think this matchup deserves the attention being a Saturday afternoon game rather than it being on Friday evening with nearly every other hsfb game in the state
Yeah and unfortunately at the same time as my youth football game. This is bullshit
I have to check my Saturday youth FB schedule don't know time just location.............
Dug into this a little deeper than I actually cared to....but apparently last year when played at Hillsboro, Ritter coaches on top of press box were a little too mouthy to the fans below and made some comments that involved violence with weapons, had to be escorted to safety by admin and police, JV game was cancelled the next week...etc...you know typical Friday Night Lights stuff in the Lou.

were cheering after a touchdown that sealed the game. Dig deeper
the head Coach at Ritter's wife was attacked verbally by Hillsboro fans>

Just an outsider looking in and I apologize if my math is off here as it was a lot of dates to keep track of but from looking at MSHSAA site, Cardinal Ritter has had 3 Saturday games so far not including the upcoming Hillsboro game. They have also had two teams forfeit for "other reasons". I don't have a horse in this race but from an outsider looking in it doesn't paint a good picture.
If we used a mental detector on MoSports, I think that would be okay. Because it would NEVER GO OFF!!!
So just to be clear, you are correct. Ritter has had 2 forfeits. Vashon
could not play because they had issues at their school before the
game at Ritter. This had nothing to do with Ritter. Duschene had sick
players COVID-19, and could not play. Interestingly enough they haven't had those issues since. They have had only 1 originally scheduled home game
for a Saturday, last week against Lift for Life which is traditionally played
on Saturday. The first game of the season was played on the road. That
team does not have lights and plays all home games on Saturday. They replaced a team after a Forfeit with a team from KC, who could only
travel to STL on Saturday. That paints the right picture, my friend

No we took the L. It is just sad that you have all the talent but still have to break the rules to win. Win at all costs right?
I have been to a few CR games and never had to go through metal detectors. Fans have always been great when we have been there
It was the metal detector wands. And when Helias played them this year everyone was checked going in.
Don't ever recall seeing a social media post from Hillsboro apologizing for any inappropriate comments that may or may not have been made (two sides to every coin there) last year during this game. However I was watching the live stream and could clearly hear one of the Ritter coaches on the box chirping the ENTIRE game down at fans.

With Ritter hosting, one would assume if they didn't want to move it to Sat, they didn't have to. Sounds like this could be getting all blown out of proportion.
