The Nixa announcers talking about a rematch in the playoffs lol.
If it’s the same ones from a game I watched earlier this year, it’s the HS kids who have absolutely no clue about anything.
Not unless Nixa loses to Ozark. Nixa still has the head-to-head tiebreaker over Carthage
I could see a 3 way tie being possible some years if 3 teams finished 8-1, but I would think Nixa would win outright in a 2 way tie since they were the better team head to head
Maybe so but their production is top notch. Instant replays,slow mos vs joplin was the best ive seen. Jet hd is jr highish compared to nixas.
Not that I can recall. Carthage won outright going undefeated in conference play in 2020 and 2021. Joplin ran the table in 2019. I believe Webb City went undefeated in 2017 and 2018. Carthage won the conference with a lone loss to Ozark in 2016 as every other team lost at least twice.
This is an EARTHQUAKE. Means instead of LS North traveling all the way to Nixa the REVERSE will now happen assuming the two face off at all.
Carthage forfeited the Webb game in '20 and they considered it a 1st place tie between the two.
It will Joplin & LSN again.. haha. Joplin not going to lose Nixa again.
Nixas is probably the best I’ve seen production wise but Joplin isn’t far behind. Nixas announcers are probably the most annoying to listen to by far tho, of course they are students but then again I believe so are Joplins.
Just from watching an only Webb perspective...mostly anyways ... Republic is the most physical team Webb saw this year . They aren't real big up front but they bring the wood and their best RB is a load
Joplins problem is they've gotten down 2 or 3 tds to nixa and carthage. They start slow which needs to be fixed come districts.
My alma mater Kearney had been in that habit but boy did they ever break it tonight albeit vs. an overmatched Grandview (who did come in winning 5 in a row though). Agree cannot do that against top level teams and expect to win when all is on the line.
Agreed. That's exactly what we was talking about at the game when Joplin was down 14..
Carthage was fortunate to get them week one while they were still figuring it out but they still had a real tough time with the RB. In that game I think republic scored 4tds same as Joplin.
