Well only if there is video or it is released to the public, seems to be the deciding factor in alot of these cases of high profile athletes. Seems to work even in the NFL.
I'd say you'd have to be in his position. But fairly confident that would require you to land a person interested in you.
Not sure how his wife cheating on him has anything to do with this?

MU was already shown to be one of the worst schools in the SEC as far as athletes (all sports) getting in trouble. I believe they tied with Georgia with 15 arrests since joining the SEC. 84 out of 110 of the great SECs arrests were Football players. MU in two years had 10 Football player arrests by 7 players with 8 being drug related. MU represented more than a third of the total drug arrests in the SEC (26), 4th in violentcrimes with 7 yet Veer gets his jollies mouthing others while wearing a shirt that has a halo over MU.......

As I said..if all PDs and Universities did what they were supposed to then FSU and kU* both would have much less success.
As a rule you get some bad apples when you recruit. It's how you handle the trouble that's telling. Your U isn't doing these people any favors by protecting and coddling them.
I'll stick with the way Mizzou does it.
Really what it is, is Winston. That's pretty much it. They just kicked a top recruited frost off the team(after TPD apparently did their job?) and now their top offensive player is suspended(after TPD did their job?).

The funny thing about this post is it's about Kenny. If he wasn't a fan of FSU and hurts the zooie fans with some of his comments (usually in retaliation) and this is a non-issue that causes a post and a couple comments, but..............

And MU isnt that far behind. Just imagine if the Misery girls werent wrapped up in long johns and coats most the year but instead were out on the beach in skimpy bikinis. Just a thought. My bad, had Gainesville stuck in my head. Have been there a couple times. Not sure I've been to Tallahassee, at least for anything Noles related. Only thing I've seen that compares to Gainesville is Westwood. And my pockets aren't nearly deep enough to support running game there!!!
