Has GT been better post Paul Johnson?
GT was 82-60 under Johnson with 9 bowl game appearances and 2 eleven win seasons. Since Johnson, GT is 26-41 with one bowl appearance and a best season record of 7-6.

I won the National Championship on NCAA 25 with Arkansas State running inside veer every play.

Majority of the high schools need to go back to the wishbone and option football. The spread air attack doesn't work everywhere. Too many coaches are stuck on their ego and that system of football.

I disagree completely, I love it when a team has a guy that can't throw passing to guys who can't catch on third down right after they just ran inside zone for 5 yards on 2nd down. That makes things way easier.

Most get bored easy and try to do too much. Run 5 or 6 plays with a counter to each and a play action pass. Use 23423490823409238423432 formations to 'spice it up' for the 'dads in the stands'.

Actually you need 23423490823409238423433 different formations to keep it "Spicy."

Food for thought:

Was discussing Army/Navy’s thus far undefeated seasons with a friend of mine and he made the point that it might have something to do with the fact the the academies are largely immune to losing people to the transfer portal, and are instead the same core groups that have played together for a couple years or more (maybe the new power five method of piece-mealing a team together every off season is more detrimental than people think 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Everybody is not going to Army.

He hit the nail on the head. This season there's no great team. Army is extremely difficult to prepare for in a week, especially if they play in the AAC Championship game (perhaps Navy) and then after Army/Navy. They could get on a roll with the right draw. I actually think the 12 spot is the honey hole, because the 5 is the best draw by far. If they beat ND, they might be in at large range due to their never trailing (to this point) but Boise losing this week would help.
