No matter what happens next week, Joplin can claim Class 6 Public School Champs. Well, maybe Ray-Pec may argue a tie but you get the idea.

They should have separate playoffs for private schools. They have become sports academies these days

Just finished a lot of window time this weekend. Webb at Camdenton Friday night. Laker QB is a player. 21 all at half. Bought time in the first half ( kid was super slippery) until a receiver popped wide open. Webb D wore him down by the second half and instead of becoming evasive, was looking to unload quickly, made some mistakes and of course WC took advantage.
To O’Fallon on Saturday where Joplin was just the more complete team. Defense came up big when needed and one of the posters on here put it the best for Davis/West Eagle offense. How do you want to to die if you’re the opposing D? Cyanide or arsenic?
Congrats to Cassville! Not many gave them a chance. Put me in that category since I just watched them lose to Lamar a few weeks ago and the talk made BO sound like world beaters. Way to Be physical, go to work and take care of business.
And Props to Carthage. Nice win. Power running over the Falcons.
Congrats to Lamar on another very good season. Most of the teams in the state would love to have been playing this weekend.
