I predict the Cards/Brewers will be pretty even throughout the next month then the Cards will pull away. Nothing other than assumptions/hunches.

So, do you think the Cards will make the playoffs and/or win the division?

You should get a job. But until you do, ole baseball Swami, tell us about the Pirates and Reds. They are both in the hunt. How do they finish?

I love my job.

Reds and Pirates have pretty big injuries in key spots. I think Pirates will be in it longer than the Reds. Reds have been terrible since the break.

Well since I predicted that one of the most mediocre and frustrating teams to watch in franchise history (2006) would win it all and in August 2011 I prognosticated a down to their last strike twice WS victory for the Birdos, I would have to say I have no clue.

I will say this. I'm not sure about this team's chemistry or maturity. But none of the other teams have shown an inclination to grab this thing. I predict a three team race that goes to the final inning of the final game with a possible three way tie. The Birds lose on a replay and don't make the playoffs. On the post game show, Matheny will be boring and act like we are a good offensive team who is about ready to break out of it after 162 games.
