MSHAA tells you the very first day that you can start football practice.

I don’t see any mention of when you must stop. Is there anything to keep teams from practicing until the championship game for their class is played and the football season is officially over??

I believe it is allowable for teams to continue having practice while the season continues. Obviously basketball impacts that and many players especially at smaller schools would be flipped over to that.

****ing why would you tho?

Also WG and KW play on turkey day and practice until then, even when both teams have been eliminated

If a team gets eliminated first round of districts, Their underclassmen could have almost twice the amount of practice time after their season than they did before the first game

Maybe so that your kids who will be playing next year get better???

No seniors of course and make it voluntary,,if a kid is burnt out let them check their gear in

I believe you can practice till the state championships are over. We've had this convo back in the day.
Yeah I think that is correct with the exception of you cannot have a kid that has started another sport. So if your QB plays basketball he cannot participate in the practice.
